Happy New Year!

And happy new website! This is the opener to my new racing site, which I've pre-stuffed with the racing I did in Formula Jedi in 2006-07 and a few pics of things since then.

The trigger to setting up this site is that for 2010, I have been given the opportunity to contest a full season of motorsport. With the newly created DAM Racing team, we'll be finding our feet in the Classic Sports Car Club's Future Classics Championship. The series caters for Sports, Saloon and GT racing cars from the 70s and 80s, and we'll be entering in a Porsche 944, prepared by independent Porsche specialst, Pro-9.

At the moment, the car's approaching completion and we've devised a cool livery which does the unlikely and blends the retro Porsche mint green which the car was previously painted in, with the DAM Racing lime green which is the key team colour. It works surprisingly well, thanks to a bunch of small black and white squares, and should ensure we get plenty of attention on track.
